Purchaser agrees to the
following:
The terms of this sale are as follows.
1. Buyer accepts the responsibility of caring for this
cat/kitten and providing properly for its welfare. Buyer
agrees to follow the breeder's instructions on care,
housing, diet and health. To insure his or her health,
you will not allow your new cat/kitten to play with
any other animal for a full 1 week.
2. Buyer agrees to have this cat/kitten examined by
his or her vet within 72 hours of arrival of the kitten's
new home.
3. The cat/kitten will always receive prompt medical
care and never be allowed to harbor parasites.
4. Buyer agrees to never leave cat/kitten alone for
long periods of time without human attention. (Over
24 hours)
5. Buyer agrees to provide exercise for this cat/kitten,
provide toys and not cage it for prolonged periods of
time.
6. Buyer agrees not to allow this kitten outdoors unless
leashed and accompanied by a responsible person.
7. Buyer agrees to not de-claw cat/kitten.
8. Under no circumstances will this cat/kitten be sold,
leased or given away to a pet shop or pet store.
9. It is the responsibility of the buyer to spay or neuter this
animal if sold as pet within 6 months of arrival at it's new
home. See below (Clause 14)

10. Buyer agrees that if any of above terms are disregarded,
breeder may reclaim this cat/kitten with no refund.
11. The breeder guarantees the cattery is FeLV negative,
that the kitten has no fleas, no ringworm, that the
cat/kitten is presently free of disease.
12. Each parent of litters bred are screened for Feline
Leukemia and FIV.
13. Price of Cat or Kitten: ($ ) Plus Pet Carrier ($30.00)

Balance to be paid in full before shipping or piclking up at cattery.
COD is available for shipping with many airlines.
14. With each adoption comes with (full health guarantee,
4 generation pedigree, health record, .) Seller agrees to provide pedigree
and registration papers for this cat or kitten upon presentation of a
vet certificate with proof of spay or neuter. This should be
done no later than 6 months of age.
15. Cat/Kitten will be eating (Solid Gold Premium Cat Food Products.)
We also supplemt with white meat chicken for additional protein.
Health Guarantee: This cat/kitten is guaranteed to be
of sound health upon arrival. It is guaranteed for a
period of 72 hours from time of purchase (arrival) upon vet check
when arriving home. Within 72 hours we offer a cash return period.
After said 72 hours there will be no cash refunds.
It is required that the cat/kitten be in quarantine
for one week after arrival at new home. If it is found to be
medically deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening
problem, it must be reported to the seller immediately. Upon its
return, it will be replaced with another cat/kitten
of equal value chosen by the breeder. If no replacement
is available at that time, seller will have 6 months
to furnish satisfactory replacement. The cat/kitten
cannot be returned after the guarantee period has expired
and/or if it has been exposed to another cat, which
has not been currently tested for FELV and FIP with
a licensed veterinary certificate of proof. It is the
responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate veterinary
care to any cat/kitten showing signs of illness or distress
and failure to do so will render any guarantee null
and void. Under no circumstances is a kitten to be destroyed
prior to notification by the buyer to the seller. If
a cat/kitten dies within the guaranteed period, despite
medical treatment, compensation will be made ONLY if
a veterinarian certifies cause of death and that buyer is not responsible for
death due to negligence of any kind.
This cat/kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects
for one year. Should the cat/kitten die within that
time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the
cat will be replaced ONLY if a licensed vet performs
an appropriate necropsy and vet's certificate is provided
as proof of the cause of death. A replacement will be
made of a cat of comparable quality and value, as available,
at the discretion of the breeder.
If Sold as Breeder:
This kitten cannot be resold with
breeding rights and only bred to TICA registered Bengals.
At no time will this cat or kitten be part of outside breeding
services other than the ("Buyer/Breeder's Cattery i.e. )

that the cat is initially sold to. This Breeder can not be co-owned
by any other breeders and or parties other than buyers.

Additional Breeder Clause:
If this (FeMale Breeder) does not produce at least 1 live healthy kitten by age of 24 months, and after breeding with 2 proven males at least 3 times unsuccessfully where she was bred by said male/males, she may be deemed unproductive and be replaced. We can not be responsible for unresponsive or unproductive males that may have health issues that iradicate or prove to be sterile. (Buyer Sign Here)________________________________
If this (MaleBreeder) does not produce at least 1 live healthy kitten by age of 24 months, and after breeding with 2 proven females at least 3 times unsuccessfully where he has bred said females, he may be deemed unproductive and be replaced. We can not be responsible for unresponsive or unproductive females that may have health issues that cause unsuccessful breedings or complications with females not giving birth to live healthy kittens. Upon alerting WildPride Bengals of non productive breeder WildPride Bengals will require: Extensive Veterinarian statement provided for Wildpride Bengals to review verifying non productive breeding report of said breeder male or female. Special Note: We cannot be responsible for females that have health issues out of the control of WildPride Bengals due to living conditions, age, poor diets, too many skipped heat cycles and other complications that occur that potentially limit the chances of successful breedings with females. WildPride Bengals also can not guarantee Show Winnings of this Breeder or his or her offspring.
This contract is legally binding to all parties involved.
It applies the buyer and seller in this transaction
and is non-transferable to other.
